"Development of a novel patient focussed symptom severity index for use in assessing and treating inflammatory conditions of the lactating breast: a Delphi study."
Thanks to research colleagues Dr Adelle McArdle and Physiotherapist Melinda Cooper.
Thanks to our patients who voluntarily contributed to this research.
We have achieved face validity of the BISSI, Breast Inflammatory Symptom Severity Index.
That means that when Helen does the BISSI questionnaire with patients who have mastitis she is confident knowing that symptoms are accurately and completely assessed before and after treatment. This helps us know that we are helping women get better.

Whether you need to improve posture, build strength, increase fitness or set up great movement habits, Through Life Physiotherapy is the place for you to workout. Play Pilates is an awesome workout for parents and loads of fun for children. Never again do you need to find a babysitter or abandon your children in a crèche or playpen, just to get a workout. Grandparents who care for little ones are also welcome as the workout is tailored to each person's level.
